House Made! What does that mean?
German Sausage & Andouille Sausage = we grind season (real spices, no mixes), case and smoke our Sausage. No fillers or Chemicals. The “links” range from 2 to 5 feet long, as long as the casing. Because we sell so much, we don’t take the time to measure them into individual links, that’s why we slice the sausage for sandwiches and catering.
BBQ Sauces = we start our sauces with tomato paste, not ketchup. Again, real spices, sugar and honey, no chemicals or preservatives or thickening agents. Mild has no heat, KC (Kansas City) is sweeter and spicy, the Carolina Mustard is richly seasoned made with brown sugar & spices.
Cilantro Lime Slaw = no sugar or dairy, light and bright flavor.
Traditional Slaw = creamy and sweetened just right, includes cabbage, red onion, carrot.
Smoked Baked Beans = no meat, made from dry beans, onion, real sugar then seasoned and smoked.
Red Potato Salad = creamy made with red potatoes, onion, eggs & sweet pickle relish.
Basmati Rice = Steamed, seasoned with salt, pepper, olive oil and butter.
Cheesy Scalloped Corn = Made with jalapenos, onions, fire roasted green chilies in our yummy cheesy sauce. not spicy.
Kettle Potato Chips, Sandwich buns = Not house made
We dry rub our meats with a spice mixture that we make with real spices and no chemicals.
