Children’s cooking Classes on A Train!!
Parents, sign your kids up for fun while you enjoy time to shop or relax.
Ages 5 to 12, class space is limited
Each 3-hour class includes an overview of cooking techniques, tools, safety, flavor profiles, spices, kitchen science & math, manners, navigating recipes, games, prizes and more plus fun, fun & more fun!!
$60 per class per child
(Enjoy a pre-holiday discount, 3-hour classes are regularly $75 for children)

Wow your family and friends! In this Italian inspired, fun, hands-on pasta class you will learn about flours, gluten and how to make and cook a delicious pasta meal from start to finish! We will discuss flavor profiles, make two different sauces, and have selected wine parings. You will also get to take home fresh pasta to cook at a later time!!

Learn skills to host a fun elegant holiday party!
Setting up a basic bar with signature drinks and easy specialty drinks, we will try samples. We will make and try 2 light and one hearty appetizer. Learn how to set up your home or party space for grazing and mingling. From the beginning to the end of the party, we will cover how to handle spills, keeping the flow going and wrapping it up. Leave with the confidence to host a small gathering or a large soiree!

Learn key techniques, skills, and trade secrets to producing professional grade sausages at home. We’ll be making Italian links and breakfast sausage.
